 Kenneth E. Tice, Jr., CPA Ken graduated from Siena College with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 1974. He was licensed as a CPA in 1981 and remains a member in good standing with both the American Institute of Certidfied Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ken’s 30 years of experience in public accounting with a wide variety of accounting and tax issues, audits, reviews, and compilations, enables him to advise and counsel clients in the various aspects of Accounting and Tax Planning.
Ken is a life long resident of Albany County, New York. He and his wife, Priscilla, have resided in Altamont, NY since 1978, where, together, they raised their three daughters, who are now grown. |
 Michael J. Brunell, CPA/PFSMichael joined the accountancy firm in 1987 upon graduating from Siena College with a degree in Accounting. Michael also serves as the firm’s Quality Control director insuring that the firm complies with professional accounting standards, as well as Federal and State laws.
Michael provides accounting, auditing, tax services and business consulting to individuals and small businesses.
Michael also manages Brunell Wealth Management, LLC., a member company specializes in providing personal financial planning and investment advisory services to the firm’s clients.
Michael is a member in good standing of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPA’s. |
William S. Brunell
Bill was one of the founders of the original firm back in 1971. Bill has over 40 years of experience working with individuals and small businesses. Today, he is part time during tax season providing tax startegies to some long-time clients.
Brian joined the firm in 2003 He graduated from Siena College with a degree in Accounting. Brian's focus has been helping small business and individual clients with accounting, tax and Quickbooks issues.
Christina M. Lastowski, MS
Christina joined the firm in 2009 upon graduating Magna Cum Laude from the College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting. She is currently pursuing her CPA certificate. Christina looks forward to gaining the experience necessary to provide a wide range of services to our clients.
